My Background
I was born and raised in Los Angeles. I fell in Love with My City and Discovered My Passion for Photography when I was a Young Man in the 1990's. I bought a used 35mm Film Still Camera, and a used 8mm Film Movie Camera from a Thrift Store, I started capturing Images of LA Architecture, Classic Cars, and Faces of LA Culture. I was self taught at first, but then I studied Photography at Santa Monica College and Filmmaking at Los Angeles City College. My Work has been Featured in Art Galleries and Published in Books and Magazines. These Days I shoot both Film and Digital. I am surrounded by Historical Architecture, Classic Cars and Interesting People. I use My Camera to document The World the way I see it, sometimes in Real Time, sometimes from My Visions, then I print images with a Focus on the Magic I captured in a Moment of Time. My Photographs tell Stories from Real Life, Memories, History, Culture and from Visions I have in My Mind of bygone eras.
